Contribute to the completion of the East Kutai Coal Project Feasibility study and associated financial modelling
Assist with the implementation of the optimum operating structure within Indonesia
Implement the optimum taxation structure (Group)
Establish and control corporate documentation and registers ( Indonesia )
Finance
Identify key short to medium term financing requirements and engage the Mother Company board as appropriate
Oversee cash flow planning, investments and asset management
Oversee banking relationships
Co-ordinate the development and monitoring of cash flow budgets
Further develop and implement finance, accounting, and project auditing procedures
Represent the group as appropriate to key investors
Accounting and Administration
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analysis, and information reports
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements within each jurisdiction
Ensure compliance with all taxation requirements (Company Group)
Oversee the approval and processing of expenditure and control documents
Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards
Manage and complete the annual and interim audit requirements
Supervision of accounting staff and ensuring effective delegation
Oversee financial management of foreign operations (Mother Company)
