Administration Assistant / Receptionist (Batam)
· Telephone duties & distribution messages and maintain internal and external phone lists and contract databases
· Distribute and filing of internal and external mail, faxes and other documentations and insure confidentiality is maintained
· Maintain, monitor and control distribution of general office supplies & stationary and handle all office’s expense, petty cash and prepare the reports
· Maintain good house keeping standards in common office areas.
· Arrange transportation & travel requirement and accommodation/hotel reservation
· Meet and greet visitors and direct to concerned parties
· Arrange meeting minutes and invite participant and complete the meeting report
· Handle general administration for expatriates and local staff including, passport, visa, work permit, invitation letter, etc.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must
· Min 2 years experience of general administration
· Proficiency in operating Ms. Office, Excel, Outlook
