Lowongan STAFF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Job purpose :
To contribute, as part of a team, to design or develop of new product and redesign of existing product.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design or develop new product from marketing/sales/ customer input or even to meet the project requirement from architect of component consultant
- Improve existing product to generalize of component usage
- Oversee process production to minimize the step/ flow of process from changing design or modifying
- Producing product prototype
- Investigating problems and area of desirable product development formulating and establishing product design and performance objectives normally in consultation with other fuction
- Resolving production problems in term of process
- Conducting test protocols and procedures and product evaluation
- Tranferring new technologies across range of product categories
- Writing technical reports and cost estimates, documenting development work and implementing profit improvement programmes
- Overseeing the integration of new product with other commercial areas including brand development, sales strategy, Quality assurance, legal, marketing and manufacturing
- Scaling up the production process via plant trial, making changes to raw materials or components and process parameters to ensure quality is maintain during large scale production
- Improving yields by reducing cost for investigating alternative sources of machinery to improve efficiency quality and yield in bottleneck areas
- Advising on equipment modification to enable process changes for new product development
- Initiating and generating ideas based on reading and research
- Implementing process controls and devising test methods to assess the production process
- Validating new process and proving that they are an improvement

Relevant qualifications :
* Bachelor of Industrial Engineer
* Male / Female
* Age max 30
* Able to design software and engineer software :
- use of autocad/solidworks
- drafting
- Knowledge in lighting technologies would be better
- Must be creative/ art taste


RelevantExperiences :
minimum of :
- 1 years of drafting/ design
- 1 years work in the lightingindustry
