As an Assistant Manager you would be supporting the Boutique Manager in maximizing sales and profitability, whilst maintaining effective running of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities include:
·Sales and customer service
·Being commercially aware of competitors
·Leading and motivating your team
·Recruitment, training and development of your team
·Ensuring high standards of Visual Merchandising
·Stock management and always making sure the back-of-house is operationally sound
The ideal candidate must possess at least 2 years relevant experience at a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager level. High end Fashion boutique experience is preferable.
