Our Client a pharmaceutical company is urgently looking for:

HR Manager :

· Male or Female, max. 40 years old
· Background education is bachelor degree in psychology
· Prefer from pharmaceutical industry but who is handling HR for Head office and Branch offices not the factory.
· The person should be able to handle medical doctors and employees in the offices total of around 500 people.
· Candidate should not from banking or factory HR.
· Experience 5-10 years, with min 3-5 years in managerial position. Person who is long stay in a company is to be the best candidates
· Report to Sr. Human Capital & Corp Affairs Manager and will have 5 subordinates with all HR functions in payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefit, training, etc.
· Understand HRIS payroll system
· Willing to travel, proactive, responsive, swift and reliable
· Able to present or communicate company’s new regulations, policies in a diplomatic but effective way to all employees
· Able to train (be trainer) to present the company to the newly hire employees.
· Will be more focusing in handling payroll and finish job description project
· Able to assist organization restructuring and balance score card.
