Lowongan Software Engineer

Our client is a fast growing robotic automation equipment manufacturer and software solutions provider to a leading pharmaceutical companies and academic research institutions. The company caters clients in the highly specialized life sciences industry and their clients comprised of major Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. The Company has experienced aggressive historic double digit growth with healthy profits because of the industry recognized it patented technology and superior software delivery services. The company business operations are internationally recognized with business units located in the United States, Europe, and Asia

Currently they are seeking qualified hands on, top-notch, and dynamic Software Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer to join the their team in Salatiga, Central Java.

Software Engineer

Requirements:
· Able to work with Microsoft C#, C++, Visual Studio, Windows Forms, and SQL server to implement components of software products and robotic control systems.
· Able to face daily work challenges such as image acquisition and processing, robotics, embedded software, data analysis and performance optimization.
· Extremely hands on person who is able to motivate and lead the teams through development projects in a fast-paced, aggressive growth, international business environment.
· Possess strong software development and problem solving skills.
· Exhibit a high degree of ownership and pride in their code and a commitment to release quality software on time.
· Able to work well independently, as part of worldwide team members and on-site with customers.
· Willing to travel to customer sites and offshore locations as needed.

Qualifications:
· 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences with heavy focus on software programming.
· Have experience with software development, software delivery, and post-implementation support experience.
· Demonstrated experience with system architecture review, OOD, and software programming in a team environment.
· Strong experience with C#, C++, and .Net is highly desirable. Java is an acceptable alternative.
· Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
· Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
· Ability to work 50 hours/week minimum.
· Ability to travel as needed.
