1. GENERAL MANAGER (GM)
Qualification:
· Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring all production processes are carried out effectively & efficiently and complied with Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), and ISO 9001:2008
· M/F, minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
· Max age 45 years old
· Possess min 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in managerial position manufacturing industry
· Possess strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skill
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Well organized, honest, hard worker and high dedication to the job
· Target oriented



2. BRAND MANAGER (BRAND)
Qualification:
* M/F, Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant disciplines with 5 years of working experiences in managing brand.
* Ability in conceptualize and implement brand strategy and activations to meet business objectives.
* Has a brand management experience within garment, fashion and retail area
* Highly motivated, discipline, able to work under pressure and target oriented
* In-depth knowledge of branding/products/category
* Knowledge of lifestyle industry and international fashion trend
* Knowledge of competitors, markets trends and consumers
* Ability in creating dynamic product and garment development with strong in branding concept material
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) and strong communication skills
* Computer literacy and experienced in spreadsheets
* Bandung base


3. BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)
* M/F, Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance or Information System from reputable university
* Minimum 3 years experience in banking (preferably including a minimum of 2 years with a multinational bank)
* Intermediate database tolls skill with sound business acumen and good accounting knowledge
* Has an experience in preparing analytical report and weekly MIS Pack
* Has an experience in providing business performance review and analyzing profitability for business, ensuring accurate revenue and cost allocations
* Strong financial modeling/accounting computer skills
* Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
* Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
* Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
* Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and proficiency in written and spoken English

4. PPIC MANAGER (PM)

Qualification:

* M/F, max 35 years old, Single
* Bachelor degree in Technical Industrial
* Experience at least 1 year in the same position
* Good personality, responsible, communicative.
* Computer literate (Ms. Office etc)
* Able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Good leadership & strong analytical.
* Willing to work under pressure.
* High commitment and integrity

5. PROCUREMENT MANAGER (PROM)
* Male or female, maximum 40 years old
* Degree from reputable university from any major
* Having experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Manager in a textile/garment company
* Good understanding of cash flow and inventory holding strategies
* Strong financial knowledge and skills
* Good understanding of managing competitive supply base
* Worldwide networking
* Excellent communication and negotiation skill
* Good analytical and strategic skill in fulfilling production needs
* In depth knowledge and experience in imports
* Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.

6. PRODUCTION MANAGER (PROD)

* Degree from educational entity focusing on engineering.
* At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing company
* IT knowledge (basic office applications, competent in the using of Word. Excel)
* Effective communication, negotiation and organizational skills

* Having knowledge in Health, Safety & Environment, excellent planning, problem solving, analytical ability and decision making skill
* Proactive, pressure persistent, strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skill

* Excellent oral and written English

7. QA MANAGER (QAM)

* 5+ years of work experience in manufacturing industry holding bachelor or above degree; holding certification of 6 Sigma is preferred
* 3+ years of service quality management in manufacturing industry, having excellent quality improvement contributions
* Being accomplished in ISO 9000, 6 Sigma, Sigma methods etc
* Experience in assessing and solving quality issues
* Knowledge about manufacturing business
* Good skills in presentation and writing documentation
* Analytical and strong implementation abilities
* Fluency in English


8. R&D (PRODUCT RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT) MANAGER (R&D)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and compile a working system and product development organizations that can guarantee the new products development process always innovative, fast and precisely with high standard of quality and effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain a quality assurance management system to produce a national and international quality standards products in order to guarantee the availability of safe, qualified, and useful products.
* Providing samples, new products, and design planning schedules in accordance with the schedule agreed.

Requirements :

* Graduate from reputable university majoring in Product/Graphic Design
* Min 3 year experience as an R&D Manager in manufacturing company.

* Expert/familiar in using graphic design software such as: CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Free Hand Illustrator
* Creative and passionate about designing
* Experience in seeing through his/her design through production cycle
* Knowledge of production process is a plus
* Ability to work under pressure and within team setting
* Responsible and committed to deadlines

* In depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2008
* Have a good knowledge about documentation for registration product
* Good communication and presentation skill



9. MARKETING MANAGER (MM)

Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional, staff and activities
* Coaching for and supervise all sales marketing officer
* Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
* Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
* Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
* Determine and manage the marketing budget
* Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
* Develop pricing strategy

Requirements:

* Male/Female max 40 years old
* Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
* Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
* Technical marketing skills
* Relevant product and industry knowledge
* Excellent leadership and communication skill
* Computer literate
* Fluency in English is a must

10. FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER (F&A)

Requirements:

* Male/ Female max. 40 years old
* Hold a min Bachelor degree in Accounting, master degree in finance would be an advantage
* Minimum 3 years working experience in similar position (Manufacturing company would be preferred)
* Posses significant management experience of finance functions and broad knowledge of accounting and taxation
* Excellent financial and analytical skills
* Understanding of management control system and good track record in system and procedure implementation
* Have a good knowledge in micro and macro financial analysis, and budgetary reports (internal and external)
* Able to deliver timely and quality result under limited supervision

11. MERCHANDISER (M)

Requirements:

* At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity and experience working in buying office is preferable. Proven track record is a must.
* Good technical knowledge in knits preferable, some woven knowledge an addition
* Good communication skills and negotiation skills with vendors on production Time & Action calendar
* Good planning skills, know priorities to manage daily work
* Good time management skills
* Detail oriented, especially to handle a large amount of order.
* Effective oral and written communication skills in English as well as in local language
* Good computer knowledge & MS applications (Word, Excel)

12. F&A SECTION CHIEF (SC)

Responsibility:

* Managing and handling company’s accounts
* Leading and supervising accounting staffs according to their responsibility
* Coordinate all accounts payable and receivables


Requirements:

* Female max 35 years old
* Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from reputable university
* Minimun 3 years experience as Accounting Supervisor
* Confident in leading and supervising team with minimum supervision from superior
* Strong analytical skill
* Excellent knowledge of Indonesian taxation
* Well versed in MS Office and accounting program
* Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self-driven
* Work well under pressure and strict deadlines
* Domicile in Bandung



13. LOGISTIC MANAGER (LM)

Requirements :

* Maximum 40 years old
* Minimum 5 (five) years experience in manufacturing industry

* Minimum S1 degree from related field, preferably from faculty of technical engineering or logistic management
* Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
* Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
* Posses good knowledge about supply chain
* Plan and execute daily logistics activities comprising transaction documentations, stock movements etc.
* Organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery

* Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste

* To be placed in Bandung

14. BRANCH MANAGER (BRANCH)

Requirement:

* Male or Female, max 35 years old
* Graduate from reputable university (min S1) from relevant field
* Managing Business unit experience 2-3 years, preferably in retail business
* Able to work independently and also work as a team member
* Able to lead a group of staff in achieving sales target
* Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
* Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
* Willing to travel

15. RETAILING MANAGER (RM)

Requirement :

* Male/Femal, max 35 years old

* Minimum S1 degree from reputable university

* Solid experience and in depth knowledge in retailing

* Able to work independently and also work as a team member
* Able to lead a group of staff in achieving sales target
* Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
* Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
* Fluency in English is a must
