Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering.
· Min. 15 years experience in EPCI company and Min. 3 years experience as an Engineering Manager in EPC type of project work.

Our client, a multinational company which office is located in Jakarta Central Business District, that focusing on marketing the only global beverages brand, while manufacturing the product locally by third party and sales through sole distributor, is looking for Operation Manager with the following details:
· To be an intermediary agent between Sales Demand and Production Supply, hence needs Supply Chain Management skill and/or relevant working experience. Specifically in area of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Returnable Packaging, each with its KPI.
· To report to the Country Director (an expatriate) and Asia Pacific Regional Operation Manager, therefore fluency in English is highly needed with good presentation and report writing skill.
· Liaise and work together with the Supply Chain counterpart of the third party manufacturer and the sole distributor, making the quality product at desired quantity/SKU to be available for delivery to (or arrival at) wholesaler as per schedule. This requires professional with good personal relationship skill to coordinate all stakeholders to manage the routine processes as well as overcoming any anomalies (e.g. production breakdown, raw materials/packaging shortages, quality issue, transportation limitation due to sea wave or Lebaran holidays, etc.).
· Together with other internal functions, realize annual sales target (including possible export to neighboring countries) and other Business objectives.
