Our client, an International manufacturing company, is urgently looking for dynamic professionals to strengthen its growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:

Total Productive Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities :
* Developing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program according to company standards
* Using a critical analysis across the factory to gain the quickest overall factory performance.
* Provide Zero Product Defects, Zero Equipment unplanned failures and Zero Accidents continuously
* Maximize plant and equipment effectiveness to achieve the optimum life cycle of production equipment

Requirements :
* Male, min age 26
* Min S1 Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
* Good English communication skill is a must (both written and spoken)
* Min 3 years experience in similar position
* Having strong leadership, and good analytical skill
* Must demonstrate initiative
* Able to work under pressure
* Implement TPM min 2 years
* Well Understand about Lean System
* Have own Certificate Sixgma (Green belt / black belt )
* Well Understanding about Overall Equipment Effectiveness

Salary : 5 - 7 mio per month
