We are a national automotive company, joined in INDOMOBIL GROUP, looking for potential candidates to join us, as :

1. Sales Advisor (SAR)
Requirements :
· Male / Female
· Diploma DIII / S1
· Max : 35 years old
· Computer Literate : Microsoft Office, Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
· Have driving license
· Good knowledge of premium cars
· Dynamic and target oriented
· Good communication and can work in a team
· Speak English (min. passive)
· Know JABODETABEK area

2. Workshop Head (WS)
Job Description :
* Set, agree, and achieve the target on service KPI’s
* Lead, coach, and motivate team of technician conducting proper service and repairs
* Support car troubleshooting
* Ensure customer satisfaction achieved
* Monitor all transaction administration properly settled

Requirements :
· Male max 40 y.o
· University graduate (min GPA 2.8) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
· At least 5 years of experience in automotive service business
· Acquire vehicle electronic and engine management knowledge
· Excellent communication skill, good personality
· English literacy and fluency
· Strong business oriented
· Strong leadership
· IT literate (spreadsheet, database, presentation)

AFTERSALES SERVICES (AFS):
3. Aftersales Admin (AA)
4. Workshop Admin ( WA )
5. Service Advisor (SA)
6. Service Technician (ST)
7. Part Admin (PA)
8. Information System (IS)

Requirements :
· Min. S1 graduates with Technical / Automotive background (AA)
· Min. D3 graduates with Electronic / Automotive background (WA, SA, PA)
· Min. 3 years experience as Technician / Mechanic in an automotive workshop (ST)
· Min. S1 graduates in Informatics Technology (IS)

9. Customer Care :
Requirements :
· Female, max 24 years old
· Fresh Graduate
· University Diploma in Public Relation or Marketing
· Strong in computer knowledge is a definite advantage (Excel and Graphic Design)
· Good communication skill in writing and spoken English
· Must have good personality and performance
· Able to work under pressure and deadlines
· Ready to work overtime
