We own and operate world-class factories in various locations in Java powered by a workforce of 16,000 skilled workers and professionals and by 8000 machines.
To keep up with our organizational dynamics, we are looking for highly motivated and passionate professionals to fill the following position:

IT Manager (code: ITM)

Requirements:
1. Educational
* Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent from a reputed university.
* Professional certifications such CCNA, MCITP, or PMP will be an added advantage

2. The skill and knowledge base
* Minimum of 5 years work experience in IT management in medium to large enterprise environment.
* In depth knowledge and hands on experience in:
o Networking (Routers, Proxy Servers, Firewalls LAN and WAN),
o IT project implementation (ERP system implementation experience such as and not restricted to SAP, Lawsons, and Microsoft dynamics),
o Lotus Domino administration is preferred.
o Windows Server administration.
* Should be able to evaluate user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs;
* Should be able to do planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget,
* Possess good project management and system analysis skills, able to handle multiple sites, multiple teams and be a good team builder.
* Should be an excellent communicator who can works with a sense of urgency.
