COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Your primary challenge is to deliver the company's growth plans for Indonesia. Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be responsible to:
- Develop and deliver sound marketing plans and strategies based on excellent understanding of clients' needs and issues;
- Deliver value propositions in alignment with overall business growth plans;
- Provide input to country and segment budget planning, phasing and marketing plans;
- Gain intimate knowledge of competitors' strategies and tactics, market dynamics and intricate customer relationships to address competition.
- Deliver top line and bottom line financial plans as you identify and secure new businesses in Indonesia;
- Together with the commercial team, maintain and develop distributor relations as well as help achieve distributor targets through product/technical knowledge/training, promotions, credit monitoring and control, customer service and overall partnership support.
To best fit, you must present the following credentials:
- A bachelor degree with a Tertiary qualification in marketing or business would be an advantage;
- Minimum of seven (7) years experience, ideally, with a proven track record of delivery of results in the CEMENT MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY and/or related industries;
