Our company is a growing Financial Company located in Jakarta, looking for highly motivated and result oriented talent for these positions:

1. MARKETING MANAGER
main responsibility: responsible for developing marketing and branding strategy based on market research, executing marketing and branding activities (promotion, advertisement, event, etc.). Initiate partnership development with other company/institution to increase product awareness.

requirement:
- 28-35 years old
- bachelor degree from any major; master degree will be an advantage
- minimum 5 years experience in marketing area, with 2 years in managerial level
- good oral and written English skill
- very good presentation skill


2. RECRUITMENT MANAGER
main responsibility: responsible for developing recruitment and selection strategy to increase candidate sourcing and fulfill manpower planning. Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

requirement:
- 28-35 years old
- bachelor degree from any major; preferably from Psychology
- minimum 5 years experience in recruitment; experience on recruitment agency or outsourcing company will be advantage
- good oral and written English skill
- good negotiation skill
