HR&GA Manager (Subject Code: HRGA) with below qualification:
Requirements:
* S1 graduate in any disciplines
* At least 5 years experience in similar position and responsibilities, with proven track record
* Fluency in English, computer and internet
* Mature, smart, fast learner
* Sharp in conceptual and analytical thinking
* Good comunication and presentation skill

Responsibilities:
* The candidate shall manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource management. He/she shall manage and coordinate the implementation and administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs; and shall assist and advise company managers about Human Resources issues. The HR functional areas within his/her responsibilities include: recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, employee relations, Human Resource Information Systems, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns.
* The candidate shall lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of an excellent workforce and culture.

Having experience and understand about Training Need Analysis (TNA)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill and also strong analytical thinking
Has achievement in implementation HR Strategy, honest, Objective, leadership skill, able to work under pressure, active, sociable and responsible
Excellent hands on experience in designing and developing training
Possess strong leadership skills and capable of achieving goals set by higher management
Self motivated, smart worker with strong analytical and generic problem solving skills
Reliable to make good, responsible and accountable decisions
Communicates effectively with ability to manage, coordinate, influence and collaborate with others
Positive towards people and work, with a willingness to lead staff in improving their depth and breadth of expertise and knowledge
