Lowongan System and Procedure Development

Responsibilities:
· As part of team which to the ongoing continuous improvement and change management
· Review and audit existing business process, system, procedure and to asses effectiveness and efficiency to the company.
· Creating policy manual and standard operating procedure for critical process.

Requirements:
* Male/Female, 30 – 40 years old
* Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably engineering/management.
* Minimum 3 years related experience, preferably from transportation/logistic/supply chain management company.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding business process and Quality Management System.
* Having experience in development policy, standard operating procedure and working instruction.
* Strong analytical thinking & interpersonal skill.
* Good coordination skills, highly initiative and proactive in resolving technical & coordination issues, able to work under tight deadlines.
