General Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major
· Result oriented and able to work independently
· Pleasant personality, attractive, out-going, has good communication and interpersonal skill
· Computer literate
· Fresh graduate are welcome to apply (MTSD)
· Having at least 2 years working experience with a proven sales track record in insurance business or in insurance sales management preferably in Syari’ah insurance (DMSD, UMSD)
· Has an ability to recruit, develop and lead a group of sales team (DMSD, UMSD)
