A IT project secretary for banking, main task :
1. to assist project manager with documentation creation and maintenance
2. to do contact and scheduling activities related to project organization
3. to monitor project progress

Character requirement:
-This position requires a passionate person to learn new skills and knowledge and to apply it to new application.
-This person will need to have the character of integrity.

Language Requirement:
-Need to be able to write and speak English well.

A plus if already had or can be acquired during the job training:
-knowledge of systems integration
-understanding of project cycle and project management
Training:
-Training will be provided as needed
-Regular in and out house training will be conducted to gain
competency and expertise in the field.
