One of our clients, an International Mining Equipment Company is involved with a number of projects and is looking for a qualified candidates to fill the position for :
Training Coordinator ( MBP 221 – 65– 3 )
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Human Resources, Psychology,Industrial Engineering or related studies
- At least 5 years experience handling training
- Team Player, good analytical thinking,
- Have certify or already have training for the trainer
- Ability to coachning and Developing other
- Ability to Write training Material
- Fluent in English both Speaking and writing

Resopnsibility
- To conduct Training Need Analysis
- To conduct Identify of training need
- To Manage Training Procedure and Training Program
- To Make Training Evaluation
- To conduct Training and control the training schedule
