A Human Resources Consultant firm is helping our client, a newly established chain store of Automotive Spare Parts in Indonesia, to fulfill the recruitment needs of professionals and to be positioned as follow:

AREA BUSINESS MANAGER (Code: 17400001)

- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- Have a background working with the management team in sales, marketing department or commercial department.
- Have experience from the automotives industry is an advantage.
- Very creative.
- Have a strong business sense / entrepreneurship sense.
- Well understand the spare parts industry (motorcycle).
- Willing to work on some weekends & public holidays as well as willing to travel.
- Good communication skill.
- Must possess excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.

Main Job Description:
The person will take care and manage the chain stores in each respective area (Jabodetabek). He/she must always propose to the management, fresh and rational ideas to be implemented in each store, and take responsibility of each area development.
