To support our business, we are URGENTLY seeking for:

HR MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Managing the HR Department and ensuring that all aspects of the HR discipline(remuneration, recruitment, performance management, training and development) are conducted at the highest professionals standards.
• Ensuring competitiveness in the performance management, employee relations and training & development
• Producing accurate management reports and HR budgets as required

Qualifications:
• Degree holder in Phsycology / Law / Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years' working experience at managerial level
• Having hands on skill in human resources management, general affairs, industrial relationship & safety, tax and payroll computation
• Well-versed in employment-related government regulations and statutory requirements
• Resourceful, well organized and result-driven team leader/player
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000 and HACCP system will be advantages.
• Fluent in English written and oral.
• Computer literature (Powerpoint, Ms Word, Ms Excel)
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh – Papua
