HR & GA MANAGER

In details, you will be in charge in:
* Responsible for the strategic plan of the HR & GA function. In charge of recruitment, training & development, compensation, staff welfare and facilities; formulate policies and supervise policy and legal compliance.
* Develop and administer the overall HR & GA programs and policies to ensure the availability and effective use of competent human resources to achieve profitability and business objectives.

To be a successful in the position, you will be:
* Male, 35 – 45 years old
* Bachelor/Master degree (will be an advantage) in any majoring
* 5 years working experience as HR & GA Manager in large domestic/multinational company
* Good track record as a people development and industrial relations
* Good understanding in Manpower regulations/ Labor Law and its implementation;
* Confident personality, communicative, conceptual thinker and negotiator
* Proficiency in English both verbal and written
