HR HEAD - Banking -Financial Institution

Report to CEO

Position Overview

To formulate HR objectives, practices, and policies for corporate to meet short and long-term organizational needs and opportunities, to guide and lead the change process, and to evaluate and impact HR’s overall contributions to organizational effectiveness.

Position Requirements:

· . Male, age 30-40 yrs (fit and charismatic appearance

· .4-5 years of Human Resources experience, including management experience (have experience managing at least 1000 employees in Banking or Financial Institution-Microfinance)

· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University (Degree in Finance or HR Business Management)

· Knowledge of Integrated HR Software and web-based HR tools

· Willing to travel all over Indonesia in regular basis

· Excellent written and oral English language (is a must)

· HR Certification (International or Local) is a plus and preferred

· Strong project and program management skills (Performance Appraisal, Personnel Management, Benefits Management, Payroll Management,etc)

· Experience in continuous improvement, including technology upgrades and implementation

· Demonstrated capacity for leading change management efforts

· Demonstrated effectiveness in leadership and influencing business partners

· Leadership - Proven ability to challenge and motivate management teams in an atmosphere of mutual respect and by fostering innovation. Is intellectually acute, capable and agile; Communication - Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills to corporate and key interactions and ability to express and logically articulate point of view; Business plan analysis - Ability to forecast and analyze business trends, showing knowledge of company operations; Planning - Ability to study the future and arrange the means for dealing with it, which encompasses forecasting, setting goals, and determining action plans; Organization - Ability to design structure to assist in goal accomplishment, effectively relating human and non-human resources to the HR processes for the corporation.
