Our client, a Multi National Company in fast moving consumer goods, currently is searching for high caliber candidates to fill in position as:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


JOB PURPOSE:
You are required to establish, maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new clients and distributors. You will support pre-sales and post-sales activities, propose new creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and a sales team trainer.

REQUIREMENT:
* Male or Female
* Maximum 35 Years old
* Manages the design team of appointed consultants through entire development process.
* Prepare a concept plan for a development site which defines, land use, plantation, and machinery, detail of mix and size of the development elements.
* Recommends development strategy.
* Develop key strategies plan & provide directions to attain the goals.
* To ensure plans are implemented based on proper allocation of resources.
* Recruitment and cultivation of high quality Rep prospects as a method of expanding our business.
* Evaluation of Reps already established. The establishment of realistic sales quotas and methods of assisting Reps to attain the quotas.
* Conduct product training and application seminars for Reps and customers, in the field. The seminars will cover equipment application, new products, sales techniques, etc.

QUALIFICATION:
* S1 graduated from reputable University with minimum 3 years experience as Business Development/Marketing in managerial level, experience in FMCG Company is advantage.
* A good team player, spirit to work towards a commons goal with motivational leadership. Excellent negotiations and communications skills with the credibility to interact in order to built and to maintain good relationship & networking with both internal & external party.
* Good planning and organization skills, able to work with tight schedule / deadline
* Excellent communication and have a good interpersonal skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Honest, trustworthy, independent
* Fluent in English (written & oral) is a must
