Food & Beverage Company in Jakarta needs employee for :

1. Purchasing Officer/Manager
- Min. 4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry in similar roles. Preferably has performed in the capacity of either an Officer in a 4-5 Star Hotel Chain locally or as a Purchasing Manager in a Renowned Full Service Restaurant Chain locally.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Spread Sheets, Power Point, Charts & Graph Presentations), MYOB, MMS & POS.
- Good contacts & understanding of Fresh, Chill, Frozen, Dry, Paper-Prints, Packaging supplies & distributors locally.
- Familiar with importing processes, strong vendor management & networking, current market pricing & good negiotating skills.
- Understand & familiar with P&L Management, Annual Purchasing Agreements, Annual Maintenance Contracts & HACCP Standards.
- Prior experience in a Central Purchase Role will be an added advantage.

2. F&B Cost & Stock Controller (Officer Role)
- Min. 2 years of experience in similar role either in a 4-5 Star Hotel Chain locally or in a Renowned Full Service Restaurant Chain locally.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management Controls, Food & Beverage Cost Control & Monitoring Measures, Cost Analysis, P&L Management, Yield Management & familiar with market practice on alternate supplies.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Spread Sheets, Power Point, Charts & Graph Presentations), MYOB, MMS, POS & creating SOPs in Receiving & Issuance Compliances based on HACCP, Storage Conditions (Temperature & Humidity), FIFO & FILO.

3. F&B Sales & Markerting Officer
- Min. 4 years of experience in similar role in a 4-5 Star Hotel Chain locally or in a manager role in a Renowned Full Service Restaurant Chain locally.
- Dynamic, driven, vibrant, creative , independent, articulate & good communication skills with strong understanding of trends, market segments & business needs
- Preferably someone in the late 20s and of feminine gender & have performed in Catering Sales role before.
- Currently in contact with top 20 PR Agencies, Event Management Cos., Corporates & Conglomerates locally.
- Strong connection with leading publishers, food critics, advertising agencies, educational institutes, sports management & multi media.
- Good understanding of Food & Beverage Operations will be an added advantage.
