We are searching for:

Operations Supply Chain Development Manager (location Jakarta).

Roles: Improve and develop supply chain, logistic & purchasing, manufacturing process and quality assurance. Post Code: ODM

Responsibilities:
* Setting up efficient operations work flow from end to end supply chain.
* Setting up lean (efficient) and agile (flexible) supply chain model.
* Develop core competence of organization.
* Develop contingency business plan for sustainable supply (alternate co- packers, suppliers, logistics provider).
* Develop OE (operational excellence) within organization.
* Develop Operations system as a tool for planning and decision making.
* Develop Operations control and monitoring system.
* Develop budget and cost saving model.
* Develop long term partnership model with 3rd party.
* Develop performance management.

Requirements:

* Bachelor in Engineering. Having Master Degree would be preferable.
* Minimum 10 years and has previous experience managing supply chain, manufacture, logistic & purchasing as well as quality assurance.
* Sound expertise in food technology.
* Industry background dairy, food product or FMCG.
