A first Adventure Tour Company is urgently required for:

SALES MANAGER

The QUALIFICATION :

* Manage, develop, and execute sales strategy and programs activities;
* Proactively seek ideas to increase sales and profit
* Managing team sales activities and well understand of Asia & Pacific area
* Ensure a proper implementation of account management that targeted to increase market share & sales volume by planning, directing; coordinating and controlling all sales activities
* Well Coordinate with agents or to partners below responsibility


Requirements:

* Female max 35 years old
* Minimum education background S1
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing at hospitality company
* Having Experience of Coordinate with Hotels, Tour & Travel Agents ( Asia & Pacific Area )
* Good writing and communication in English
* Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skill
* Have leadership qualities to lead the team & have strong people management skill.
* Having a hands-on approach to problem solving
* Being Sales Target & Result orientated
* Willing To be placed in Bali
