IT Supervisor (Code: ITSM)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure stable operation of the IT infrastructure
- Develop, maintain, support and optimize key functional areas, network and server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunication systems
- Schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Graduate/post graduate in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge in Cisco, MS Windows Server 2000/2003/Vista
- Having international certifications (MCSE, CCNA etc)
- Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
- Good proficiency in spoken and written in English
- 5 years related field experience

The Requirements of this position are shown below:
Min S1 degree from reputable university, and be familiar with all related labor laws and regulations
At least 5 years of experiences in industrial relations from a unionized company
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
Proficiency in the English language
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point)
