Tenant Relations Officer
Job Summary:
Responsible for registering tenant apartment, cashiering activities, handling complain, create special events, conduct service excellent and maintain good relationship with tenant based on the management policies and procedures.
General Requirement:
1. Female, max. 27 years old.
2. Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Hotel, Tourism or Communication.
3. Min. one year experience in similar position (fresh graduate also welcome).
4. Proportional height and weight (min. height 160 cm).
5. Good English both oral and written.
6. Good communication skill, ability to maintain relationship with tenant.
7. Good team work and willing to work shifting hour.

* Candidate must possess at least Associate Degree (D3) in any field with minimum GPA 2.75.
* Required skill(s): Excellent Interpersonal skill, able to operate computer & its application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): English, Chinese
* Able to work under high pressure environment, self-starter & target driven.
