Lowongan SENIOR / LEAD ENGINEER di Oil dan Gas

We are a Contractor for Oil & Gas Company, working for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract. We are urgently looking for dynamic, high motivated and experienced candidates for the following positions:

1. SENIOR / LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER
Minimum 10 years experience in Engineering, experienced in Developing Design Basis, Specification/Equipment Data Sheet Generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculations using related software, Equipment Selection & Layout Study, review and approve Material Take Off (MTO), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Bid Analysis (TBA)

Qualification:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering, with at least 15 years of process design and implementation experience of which a minimum of 10 years in oil and gas facilities experience
- Strong technical/engineering skills with thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities
- Experience that encompasses both operations and projects. Specific participation in a similar role for at least one major oil and gas project
- Demonstrated ability to interface within a multi-discipline environment, and motivate and manage personnel from a position of influence
- Experience in organizing and supervising process/facilities engineering
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large Projects with aggressive schedules
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel
- Willingness to go where the work is during the various Project phases

2. SENIOR / LEAD PIPING ENGINEER
Minimum 10 years experience in Engineering, experienced in Developing Design Basis, Specification/Equipment Data Sheet Generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculations using related software, Equipment Selection & Layout Study, review and approve Material Take Off (MTO), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Bid Analysis (TBA)

Qualification :
- Min. bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities. Broad knowledge of piping installation and testing, and has some field experience.

3. LEAD PIPELINE ENGINEER
Minimum 10 years experience in Engineering, experienced in Developing Design Basis, Specification/Equipment Data Sheet Generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculations using related software, Equipment Selection & Layout Study, review and approve Material Take Off (MTO), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Bid Analysis (TBA)

Qualification :
- Min. bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards (including Government of Indonesia regulation) plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities. Broad knowledge of mechanical pipeline installation methods and have some field experience.

4. LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEER (STATIC)
Minimum 10 years experience in Engineering, experienced in Developing Design Basis, Specification/Equipment Data Sheet Generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculations using related software, Equipment Selection & Layout Study, review and approve Material Take Off (MTO), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Bid Analysis (TBA)

Qualification :
- Min. bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
- Broad knowledge of mechanical equipment and manufacturers and system suppliers, including expertise in areas covering the design, specification, manufacturing, testing of equipment / package equipment.

5. LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (ROTATING)
Job Desc :
Technically accountable for all mechanical design/engineering. This shall include responsibility for all mechanical and rotating equipment. Shall be responsible for the generation of all required specifications, covering areas of design, equipment purchase, equipment manufacturing, testing, installation, mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up. Procedure recommendations / procedures covering the commissioning and start-up of nominated concept systems mechanical equipment.

Qualification :
- Min. bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
- Broad knowledge of mechanical equipment and manufacturers and system suppliers, including expertise in areas covering the design, specification, manufacturing, testing, installation, hook-up, commissioning and start-up of major gas turbine driven compression and power generation equipment.

6. SENIOR / LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Job Desc :
Technically accountable for all aspects of the electrical design/engineering. This shall include responsibility of all proposed concept electrical systems.

Qualification :
- Min. bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience that encompasses both operations and projects.

7. SENIOR / LEAD INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER
Job Desc :
Develop the process/safety control systems and instrumentation including proposed concept instrumentation and control systems.

Qualification :
- Min. bachelor degree in Physics Engineering.
- Experience that encompasses both operations and projects.

8. LEAD CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Minimum 10 years experience in Engineering, experienced in Developing Design Basis, Specification/Equipment Data Sheet Generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculations using related software, Equipment Selection & Layout Study, review and approve Material Take Off (MTO), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Bid Analysis (TBA)

Qualification :
- Min. bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
- Broad knowledge of offshore marine installation and method, including load out, sea-fastening, transportation and installation.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel. Personal motivation and self learning ability.
- Ability to lead and interface within multi-discipline Company and contractor engineering and fabrication teams.
- Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large Projects with aggressive schedules.Able to work on own initiative and within a team.
- Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
- At least 10 -15 years experience in design and implementation experience in oil and gas facilities.
