Training Staff

Responsibilities:
* Plan, direct or coordinate the training and development activities of an organization
* Develop training modules
* Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing program
* Delivered training

Reporting Line:
Reporting to Corporate HR Manager

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from reputable university
* Have min. 2 years experience in training
* Have the ability to create modules
* Excellent in presentation skills and Ms. Office (Power Point)
* Open Minded, honest and hard worker
* Excellent in communication, cooperative and creative
* Willing to worked at BSD City, Tangerang
