Our CLient is a part of the Sibelco Group, Belgium, which is operating in the minerals manufacturer purpose application to many sector industries, such as Glass Industry, Ceramic Industry, etc. Located in Jababeka Industrial Estate, Cikarang, now we’he have been having four factories in Indonesia. In a line of company development which growing fast, we need employee as Operation Manager who a capable, dynamic and hard willing to develop company.

Operational Manager
(Jawa Barat - Bekasi)

Responsibilities:

* Develop operational targets that are linked to the subsidiary objectives.
* Aggregate plan, maintain and monitor the manufacturing process.
* Ensure production costs are maintained at an appropriate level in coordination with the Finance and Administration Department.
* Direct syncronization of the subsidiary’s manufacturing processes with A-Tec initiatives to ensure that innovation and continious improvement are carried out throughout production processes.
* Improve business process efficiency and effectiveness through A-Tec ini tiatives
* Ensure the readiness of maintenance includes time, cost and quality of Subsidiary’s assets in managed in accordance with technical standarts
* Ensure consistency of product quality.
* Ensure implementation of effective supply chain procedures.
* Ensure adequate levelof inventory that is accordance with the subsidiary policy.
* Ensure the delivery of product quality, time and quantity meets the terms set out in customer agreements.
* Ensure implementation of vision, mission and value in the Operations Department.
* Managed performance of subordinates.

Requirements:

* Graduate, or equivalent professional degree, in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
* Minimum 3 years experiences in managing operations, preferably in a similar business.
* Able to speak English both oral and written.
* Willing to take up challenges, display high initiatives, creative and performance oriented, high achiever, pleasant, good interpersonal skill, excellent communication and team player.
* Computer literate.
* Able to work under pressure
