SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

Qualifications:
o Tertiary education in Marketing and/or Business Development.
o Minimum 8-10 years of working experiences in coal mining industry.
o Familiarity and good networks with the coal mining, oil & gas industries, especially in Kalimantan region, Indonesia.
o Possess adequate business and technical knowledge of transshipment, barging, civil and structural works, docking services, and marine offshore services.
o Possess good presentation, communication and organizational skills.
o Business management experience to assess key market issues and opportunities and the ability to develop plans to address them.
o Experience with service contract execution and good knowledge of financial costing.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
o The position may be based in Jakarta or Singapore, frequent traveling to Kalimantan and surrounding areas required.
o Trustworthy, loyal, cooperative, helpful, hardworking, good initiative, and innovative
o Able to work in a team and has a pleasant personality.

Task:
o Develop new markets for the Group's existing commodities to expand the geographical diversity of the existing customer base, and to ensure that a balance of demands and supply of the different grades of coals.
o Develop markets and customers for any new products generated by the Group;
o Provide the Group with strategies, plans and programmers to enhance and add value to all the group's products and formulate appropriate pricing structures for management approvals;
o Develop the trading activities of the Group in existing and new commodities;
o Liaise with the Group's operations to ensure constant understanding of production activities and product quality issues;
o Communicate with existing customers to maintain customer relations and to promote the image of the Group and the Group's products;
o Evaluate and implement transport and logistic arrangements as required such that they deliver required efficiencies and performance in delivering the Group products to the market;
o Manage any third party agents or representatives required within Group sales plans such that they deliver on goals and targets for regional markets;
o Undertake product and market research to be equipped with the latest trends so as to prepare marketing reports for the Board of Directors;
o Any other duties as assigned.
