RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR (Code : REC - SPV)

Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be responsible in managing all recruitment & selection activities, include : sourcing, selection & placement for all level of positions

Requirements:
· 3 – 5 years experience in recruitment field
· Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in HR Management or Psychology
· Able set-up recruitment strategy, job specification & man specification
· Good competence to manage the interview
· Good analytical and strong interpersonal skill
· Good communication in English both oral and written
· Able to organize administrative jobs
· Able to work under pressure
